Transmigrated As A Villain, The Heroines Are Also Regressors?

Chapter 31 Villain Friend

Chapter 31 Villain Friend

After thinking about it for awhile, Ronald couldn't think of any great questions to ask Jiang Yixin that could potentially expose if she was a transmigrator or not, so he decided to just ask her straightforwardly about some of the things he was confused about.

"Yo Captain Yixin, why aren't I placed in handcuffs just like everyone else?" Even though Ronald was currently under arrest, the fact that he wasn't even in handcuffs clearly shows that he was being given special treatment.

He knew for a fact that it wasn't because of his background of being the Young Master of the Kuangge family that he was receiving this special treatment, and even if the current heroines right now are transmigrators and are supposed to ruin the plot entirely, shouldn't he still go through the same process as everyone else?

"Oh... I just thought that the handcuffs were going to be uncomfortable for you, and I knew you weren't going to try and resist my arrest anyways after seeing you willingly turn yourself in." What Jiang Yixin had said wasn't a complete lie, but she had left out the important detail about her not wanting to give Ronald a first bad impression of her.

"Hmm... well alright, but why did you assume I was being held hostage? From my perspective, it looked like Xie Roulin had no intention of harming me." Ronald knew that the reason why the situation back at the hotel lobby was much more intense compared to his previous life was because Xie Roulin felt like her life was being threatened and ordered her bodyguards to draw their guns out despite Jiang Yixin clearly telling her that she was free to go.

But he couldn't understand why Jiang Yixin had suddenly jumped to the conclusion that he was being held hostage when he clearly was in no harm's way.

"Because given her reputation as a ruthless and merciless person, I had a feeling that she was going to do something bad to you." Coupled with the fact that she knew Xie Roulin hated Ronald more than any other second rich generation out there and had beaten up Ronald in her previous life, Jiang Yixin felt that Xie Roulin was going to harm Ronald once again.

"Okay, that's all the questions for now, I'll be closing my eyes until we get to the police station so don't bother me until then." Ronald knew that Jiang Yixin was most definitely leaving out some important informations and leaving him in the dark, but he knew he couldn't just force it out of the heroines without revealing his strength, so he just hopelessly sighed and tried to relax a bit until they arrive at the police station.

***

After arriving at the police station and going through all the booking process of going to jail, Ronald was escorted by a officer to his jail cell.@@@@

Right after Ronald was escorted to his jail cell, he headed straight to the mattress that was in the jail cell and made himself comfortable.

Ever since he had regressed back into the beginning of the novel world again, he had never felt as comfortable as he has ever been until now.

Why?

Because all of the plots in this life so far has been completely fucked up despite it being only 3 days ever since he had regressed back.

"Sure, when do you get out of here?" Although Ronald knew that Gu Changsheng was extremely arrogant, Gu Changsheng was also considered a minor villain in the story, so it was very easy to get along with him.

Had Ronald transmigrated as a protagonist or someone else that belonged in the protagonist's side instead, undoubtedly Gu Changsheng would've absolutely hated him to death.

"I've been here for about one week now, so I should have about two more weeks left until I'm free."

"What a coincidence, I get released in about two weeks as well. Let's plan our attack on Ye Fan when we get out." Ronald knew that it was not a coincidence that the two villains get released out of jail on the same day, but he went with the flow anyways.

"Sounds like a plan, it's getting pretty late now so I'll go back to sleep. I'll talk to you more tomorrow."

"Cool, talk to you tomor-" Just as Ronald was about to finish his sentence and then lay back on bed, one of the jail guard had suddenly came to Ronald's cell and opened his jail door.

"Young Master of the Kuangge family, you're free to go now." The jail guard announced.

Ronald stared blankly at the guard who had opened his door, while being completely stupefied.

'Uhh...'

'Wasn't I supposed to serve two weeks of jail time?'

'It hasn't even been a full day and yet I'm free?'

'What happened to my sweet two week vacation!'

'...'

'I must just be too tired and hallucinating right now, so back to bed I go.'

'Good night ghost guard.'
