Rongyu and Leon went over to check after what Fengxue said, they reached the spot where the figure was lying unconscious and were shocked.
The guy was still alive and breathing, he had only passed out after taking the attack from Fengxue.
This surprised Leon and Rongyu greatly. After all, the cloaked figure was only at the 4th level while Fengxue was a level 6 ranked beast; it should be impossible for him to survive her hit.
They decided to check him and found the reason why he had not died after taking Fengxue's attack.

Rongyu exclaimed as she brought the trinket out from the figure's cloak; the trinket had cracks on it, which showed that it had been destroyed after blocking Fengxue's attack, though it managed to preserve the figure's life.
"So it was a protective trinket, no wonder he survived," Leon added while looking at the unconscious cloaked figure, he inwardly felt sad that the trinket had been damaged and was no longer unable; seems like it was a one-time use object unlike his amulet, he would have taken it and gained another method of preserving his life.
"What do we do now? Should I kill him?" Leon asked as he pulled out his sword and rested the blade on the body of the unconscious figure, ready to stab him at any moment.
Rongyu hurriedly stopped him.
"We should have killed him in normal circumstances but with...your fox here, there's no need. We can keep him and interrogate him when he wakes up." She said while stealing glances at Fengxue.
"Eh? Do we really need to leave him alive? What if he tries to escape? Besides, we can ask the bandits whatever we want to ask him." Leon tilted his head in confusion.
Rongyu rubbed her face while sighing.
"Do you really think mare bandits would know as much as martial artists? Those bandits are most likely cannon folders and low-level goons; these demonic sect martial artists are the real thing.
Besides, I doubt he'll dare to run with your...fox around."
" Oh, that's reasonable; all right then." Leon nodded and kept his sword back in its scabbard.

"Sister Yue!" Rongyu shouted. She tossed away the cloaked figure and rushed over, carrying Yue's body from Ivan.

It was Muging! And behind her were four cloaked figures who were chasing after her.
They could see Muging clutching her left arm with her right hand, and blood was flowing through the gaps of her fingers as she ran; she was injured!
Her face was pale and she looked exhausted.
Leon was immediately enraged when he saw this, those bastards dared to hurt his Senior sister!
He wasn't the only one who was angry, Rongyu was still feeling rage from Yue's death. Seeing the injured Muging and the figures still pursuing her almost sent Rongyu mad with rage.
She immediately threw the body she was carrying away and drew her weapon, but before she could attack, she heard Leon shout, "Kill them all!"
Immediately after his shout, a white light shot out and pierced the air toward Muging's and the figure's direction.
His shout attracted the attention of Muging and the cloaked figures in the distance, they looked ahead and immediately saw the two of them standing in front.
Muging's eyes lit up when she saw Leon and Rongyu and she immediately called out to them.
"Sister, Junior brother, help me!"

Her voice had barely faded when a white light suddenly shot past her at an exaggerated speed and sped toward the figure chasing her.
The next thing she heard was terrified screams before everything went silent; the white light shot past her again with another swooshing sound and moved toward Leon before landing on his shoulder.
Muging immediately came to a stop when she noticed the small smile on Leon's face. She looked back, and her eyes widened; all of the figures that were chasing her before were sprawled on the ground in different directions, and they were covered in blood.
When she looked again, Leon and Rongyu had reached her.
"You're bleeding. Are you all right?" Rongyu was the first to speak after they reached Muging, her eyes fixed on her bleeding arm.
Muging didn't reply immediately as she stared at Fengxue, she reacted the same way as his other Senior sisters; it took a while to make her snap out of her daze.
They then inspected her injury and were stunned to see that her arm had almost been cut off.
Only a thin line of flesh was still holding her forearm and elbow together.
