Chapter 15 Quin Xuxu is back
Days went by like passing wind and in a flash, a month had passed since Leon came to planet Hafari.
On a side of the mountain covered in lush gardens and enormous trees, sounds of wind getting slapped rang out as Leon trained the three worlds folding art.
His hair swayed around in the air beautifully, and sweat dripped down his face to his body; he was half naked with only his pants on as he trained; his lean muscles and solid abs reflected with strength.
Leon suddenly felt the Shi inside his body boiling and flowing through his meridians at a fast speed, building up heat within him.
BOOM
With a low explosion inside him, Leon felt his strength soar as a powerful feeling rushed through his body.
Without stopping, Leon suddenly turned toward a nearby tree and executed a palm strike.
BAM!
His palm landed on the body of the tree like a truck, causing the tree to shake and the leaves to fall down like rain.
Leon retracted his palm and took a look at the tree, his palm had created a hole that was half a meter deep inside the tree; Leon's palm strike had almost smashed a hole through the tree completely.
"Using a month to reach the second level, this speed should be comparable to those of heavenly geniuses" Leon looked at his palm and grinned.
He had trained on Quin Xuxu's mountain for an entire month and had finally made a breakthrough to the second level; he was now as strong as a cultivator at the Qi refinement mid-stage.
During the past month, Leon had been all alone on the mountain. Quin Xuxu was yet to return from the conference that she talked about so Leon had the whole mountain to himself; he was able to train as he wished and move as much as he wanted.
He even slept in Quin Xuxu's room at times and sniffed her clothes!
Every day, he would go down the mountain and use the disciples to farm exp points before coming back to train.
After a month of training, he now had a lot of exp since he hadn't used any skill aside from transformation; Leon couldn't wait for Quin Xuxu to come back so he could carry on with his plans.
After training, Leon went to cool himself in the stream before returning to the top of the mountain.
Reaching the house, Leon entered the courtyard and his eyes widened as he stared ahead.
In front of him was Quin Xuxu in a loose blue robe and a sword scabbard hanging on her hips, her long hair tied back in a single ponytail that reached her butt.
The soft ray of sunshine bathed her in its soft touch, making her look even more prettier in Leon's eyes.
He was unable to hold back himself, letting his eyes roam her body with sparkles.
She was shocked to find a man in her master's home, a handsome man at that; but that wasn't a main issue right now.
Falcon sect was a sect that accepted only female disciples; not only did this man manage to sneak in, but he even dared to come to the mountain of the Grand Elder, which was off-limits to even elders.
"I...I am" Leon stuttered, unable to find the right words to answer with.
Seeing Leon stuttering, the sect mistress thought that he was unwilling to talk.
" Then die!"
She didn't hesitate and dashed toward him like a snake and sent out a punch toward Leon's face.
" So fast!" Leon exclaimed with wide eyes, he wasn't given time to process what was going on when the sect mistress appeared in front of him.
Without thinking, Leon executed the palm technique of the three worlds folding art in an attempt to save himself.
BAM!
Palm and fist clashed, and Leon was immediately sent flying, a wave of pain spreading through his palm.
The sect mistress stood rooted in place as she stared at Leon who had landed weakly about ten meters away from her, a look of surprise in her eyes.
"A level two martial artist managed to block my attack?" She mumbled with disbelief.
She was able to tell what level Leon was after their short exchange but the force of Leon's palm strike was comparable to those at the third level!
This was why he was able to defend against her, who was at the 6th level; she hadn't used her full strength in the previous attack anyway.
"No matter, I'll just have to use more strength to attack!" She sneered and prepared to attack again.
" Stop!"
A loud voice suddenly called out at this moment, causing the sect mistress and Leon to pause and turn to look.
It was Quin Xuxu.
" Master? Why do you ask me to stop? This weak man sneaked into your mountain peak, entering the sect without permission alone is more than enough reason to kill him.
He seems to be a genius since he can release the force of a level three expert while at level two, who knows what he can do to the weaker disciples if left alone?" The sect mistress said in a rush.
Quin Xuxu didn't reply but turned to look at Leon with shocked eyes.
'Level two? Force of a level three expert? What's going on?'
